Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using the Kore Web Dynamics services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a binding agreement between you and Kore Web Dynamics, based in Bolivar, MO.

2. Payment and Subscriptions

Setup Fee: A non-refundable one-time fee is charged upon commencement of service to cover deployment and data training.

Monthly Subscription: Services are billed monthly. Failure to pay within 3 days after billed will result in immediate suspension of all AI services.

Overage Fees: VAPI minute overages will be billed at $0.20 per minute and will be added to the following month's subscription charge.

3. Service Levels and Warranty

We utilize dedicated Hetzner servers and NGINX security protocols to provide reliable service. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, no service is guaranteed to be error-free. We do not offer a warranty beyond providing best-effort maintenance.

4. Termination

You may terminate your service at any time by notifying us via your client dashboard or support email. The termination will be effective at the end of your current paid billing cycle. Setup fees are non-refundable.
